Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026. We collect only the information needed for sign-in, VOD analysis, content generation, payment, and customer support.
1. Information we collect
ClutchLab AI may collect your email address, sign-in records, payment status, available analysis credits, uploaded VOD files, rank, map, agent, improvement goals, generation prompts, AI analysis or generation results, and information you voluntarily provide to customer support.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, create and process AI jobs, produce reports or visual content, track progress, process payments and refunds, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve the product experience.
3. Service providers
We use Supabase for account data, database records, and file storage; Vercel for website hosting; Resend or Supabase-related email services for sign-in email; and the OpenAI API for AI-generated content. Payments are processed by ABA PayWay or another payment provider identified on the website.
4. Videos, prompts, and results
Uploaded content is kept in access-controlled storage and linked to your account. Reports and generated results are saved to your account history for access after sign-in. Do not upload another person's personal data, private communications, or content you do not have permission to use.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account data, transaction records, AI jobs, and results for as long as reasonably needed for customer support, payment records, product debugging, and progress tracking. Contact us to request deletion of an account or specific uploaded content.
6. Security
We use authentication, access controls, and protected storage to secure data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not upload highly sensitive information or material unrelated to the service.
7. Minors
If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, use the service only with consent from a parent or guardian. A guardian may contact us to request removal of related data.
